The wait is over! Shadow of the Erdtree launches on June 20th, 2024. Set your reminders and get ready to embark on a new adventure.

When Can You Play? (PC)

PC players can start their journey in the Land of Shadows at 3 pm PDT on June 20th. This translates to 11 pm BST for those in the UK.

Shadow of the Erdtree Launch Time (PC - Other Time Zones)

The launch time for PC players will vary depending on your location. Refer to this slide to see the exact time for your time zone.

When Can You Play? (Console)

Console players will generally be able to access the DLC at midnight in their local time zone.

There is an exception for console players in the US. They will all have access to the DLC at the same time, which is 12 am Eastern Time (9 pm Pacific Time) on June 20th.

Who Plays First?

Console players in New Zealand will get a head start! They will be the first to be able to play the DLC at midnight local time on June 21st, which is 5 am PDT and 1 pm BST on June 20th.

Preloading Shadow of the Erdtree

Unfortunately, preloading isn't available for PC and Xbox players. However, the download size is relatively small at 15 gigabytes. PlayStation players have the advantage of preloading 48 hours before launch.
